Are you a Client Manager within General Accounting Practice looking to grow and develop your career with a clear path to Client Director and wanting to learn from mentoring senior Directors, while having autonomy to develop yourself?

Do you want to be a key player in managing the client relationships, contributing to the growth and strategic goals of the practice, while providing strong leadership skills to the team and having the opportunity to develop into a Client Director role?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the largest independent practices in the Bristol, who have extensive growth plan for the next 5 years and have increased the number of Directors by 400% in the last year where there is room for contribution and reward for an ambitious client manager.

In this role you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients as well as have the ability to bring in new clients to the practice. You ensure that the projects are delivered on time by the delivery team and ensure the relationship with the client is managed and developed.

This role will suit a client manager in a large accountancy practice wanting a clear path to Client Director in the near future, who wants to work closely with their clients and wants to work closely with senior management, manage a team and oversee the performance of client work.

THE ROLE:

Client engagement and account management in accounting practice
Training from senior management to develop you as well as training and managing staff
Oversee accounting services to range of clientsTHE PERSON:

ACA or ACCA Qualifications
Accountancy or Audit Practice Experience
