Reporting to the Build Director, you will be responsible for the project management of partitions, joinery, glazing and ceilings on site.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional who can manage construction on site, maintaining and developing group wide site standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing the construction sites on a day to basis including supervising the labour force, monitoring sub-contractors, checking materials and inspecting works
* Ordering materials, RAMS, toolbox talks
* Site surveys to provide information during the costing process
* Using Procore for close out
You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of partitioning, glazing, ceilings, doors and joinery with at least 5 years industry experience, ideally within in a commercial interiors setting. With a CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certifications you will be able to demonstrate comprehensive project management experience, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven client management skills.
You will be self-motivated, and show a high level of competence in managing clients, subcontractors, site based staff and health and safety on site.
