You'll be instrumental in developing, coaching, and upskilling your team, enabling them to meet and exceed their potential.
In addition to overseeing production, you’ll handle key HR responsibilities including Return to Work (RTW) processes, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, holiday management, and conducting thorough investigations when needed.
