Asbestos Surveyor - P402 Qualified - Liverpool, North West

£20,000 - £35,000 - Company vehicle + additional benefits

My client is a leading consultancy for delivering environmental services across the North West region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Asbestos Surveyor who is P402 qualified with a keen eye for detail. As an Asbestos Surveyor you will:

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the public in a professional manner.
Complete management, refurbishment and demolition surveys at a range of sites.
Complete annual re-assessments.
Conduct bulk sampling in commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Preparation of survey reports.
Ensure appropriate records are maintained.
Ensure that working practices and operations are performed in line with the Asbestos Quality Manual at all times.

Experience/Qualifications

Possessing a BOHS P402 Qualification is essential.
6 months of post-qualification working experience
Experience of working within a UKAS accredited company is desirable.

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will have

Good numeric skills and IT skills.
The ability to produce accurate recording and interpretation of data.
A full UK Driving license.
A flexible approach to changes of working hours which may be required.
Ideally have experience of data collection using hand held data collectors.
