SW Locums require a UK experienced Social Worker with considerable experience in Adults Hospital Social Care. You will be working as part of the All Age Continuing Healthcare improvement plan to support completion of CHC DST's to meet performance targets from NHSE KPI's.

We have TWO - 6 month temporary vacancies, one at Aintree & another at Southport Hospital.

You will be working to support ASC north and South teams in allocating this specific work.

All social workers to be managed and work allocated by ASC managers and one each based in ASCS and ASCN.

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Degree or equivalent Social Work Qualification

* Current registration with Social Work England

* High aspirations to improve the lives our most vulnerable residents

* Exceptional knowledge of the Care Act

* Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate support, guidance, and supervision

* Ability to make person centred, complex decisions, using evidence-based tools and analysis

* Ability to understand and demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity

* Commitment to your own personal development and professional growth

You must hold Social Work England registration and have a minimum of 2 years post qualification UK Experience in a similar role.
