Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting user research, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the user experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing

- Analyze data and provide strategic insights to drive business growth

- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications

- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management

- Participate in project planning and estimation activities

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a UX or technology-focused company

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

- Experience in conducting user research and analyzing data to drive business decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
