Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, a reputable medium-sized local brickwork sub-contractor, is seeking a skilled individual to manage multiple bricklaying gangs across various sites in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and organized individual with strong experience in the residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the programming of works (up to 3 months), adapting to daily changes.
Liaising with main contractor site managers and contract managers via site meetings and email correspondence.
Managing productivity and workmanship of bricklaying gangs on-site.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations as per main contractor standards.
Requirements:
Strong literacy and competency with emails and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Extensive experience in residential projects (private market & social housing).
Proven background in site management, project management, or contract management.
Must hold a valid CSCS Card, SSSTS (minimum), First Aid certification, and a full driving license.
Willingness to step in and assist on the tools in emergencies.
