Sales Administrator - Nottingham - £25,000 - £27,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a client in Nottingham as they look to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who is looking for a friendly supportive environment along with excellent benefits. If you have proven experience working as a Sales Administrator, then we would be interested in hearing from you.

Sales Administrator responsibilities:
Managing inbound calls and emails
Processing all UK and Export orders
Processing shipments which include producing customs and shipping documents
Progressing deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
Managing stock in terms of back orders and split deliveries and communicating with customers to advise status of their order
Liaising with internal departments regarding lead times
Running reports and updating spreadsheets
Maintaining documents and records, updating and filing as required
Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
Key Requirements and Preferences:
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Clear communication skills, written and verbal
Able to keep calm under pressure
IT proficient
Excellent telephone manner
Results driven
Confident and enthusiastic
