Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Logistics Administrator to work for a small and friendly business based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This role will involve is responsible for providing, quotes, ETA'S, POD'S and answering all customer queries

Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours - Monday - Friday, 09.00am - 18.00pm.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Holiday Entitlement: * 20 days + Bank Holidays*
As a Logistics Operations and Customer Service Advisor as responsibilities will be:
Answering customer calls, liaising with service partners for queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Dealing with quotations, eta's, late deliveries and POD's
Ensuring the delivery of a quality customer experience on each communication.
Communicating with customers to give our customer relevant updates and information.
Responding to all calls and emails in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Booking on jobs.
Liaising with drivers.
Keep a positive outlook in a role that can be challenging, maintaining a friendly telephone manner, and most of all enjoy what you do.
Liaising with warehouse.About You:
Confident communication skills.
A strong listener, who can adapt to differing needs.
Excellent spelling and grammar.
Basic computer skills.
