We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the integration strategy and governance activities for the SATCOM Programme as part of the Skynet 6 initiative. You will play a critical role in managing the integration processes within the SATCOM Engineering Design Authority (SEDA) team, contributing to the successful delivery of a major public sector program.

Experience in SATCOM is desirable, but not a must-have!

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the SATCOM Programme's Integration Policy and Strategy documentation.
* Provide expert guidance and support to various SATCOM projects regarding integration.
* Oversee programme-level integration activities, ensuring effective governance across the programme and project areas.
* Plan and manage integration assurance activities to ensure the system is thoroughly verified and validated.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in managing integration activities for large, complex systems.
* Strong track record in developing integration strategies and ensuring governance is in place for their adoption.
* Experience in managing assurance activities, particularly around system verification and validation.
* Knowledge of the full Systems Engineering lifecycle (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable:
* UK Developed Vetting Clearance (DV) is a plus.
* Knowledge of Satellite and Military Communication Systems.
* Familiarity with MOD practices such as KiD and GEAR.
* Experience in Integrated Test, Evaluation, and Acceptance (ITEA) activities.
* Prior experience integrating, testing, and accepting services in military domains (e.g., Land, Maritime).
