Luxury Homeware retailer seeks Junior merchandiser to join their growing team!

With a really nice and supportive culture, a line manager who's nurturing and passionate about people, and a luxury brand at the forefront of their sector, capitalising on a gap in the market - this opportunity is not to be missed by any Junior Merchandiser with luxury experience looking for a great new opportunity!

There is a fantastic opportunity for career progression to a full merchandiser role within 12 months as the team grows!

What will the role involve?

As a Junior Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while effectively managing stock levels. You'll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing their merchandising function, demonstrating a strong passion for innovation with ideas and efficiencies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to optimise processes to ensure their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management
Supply Base Management
Trading, Range Planning, Strategy and ForecastingIdeal Skills and Experience

At least 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury homewares or start-up environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills to extract insights from complex data.
Confident communicator and innovative thinker.
Initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail and proactive project management skills.Additional Details: They are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Merchandiser to their team.
