Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Lead Theatre Practitioner (Anaesthetics) to join an established hospital in Central London. The role comes with an impressive salary of up to £56,000 and excellent benefits including private health insurance, pension scheme, 33 days annual leave and much more!

Their facilities include state-of-the-art operating theatres, multiple outpatient & diagnostic clinics across London, and investment in the latest in Robotic Surgery.

As the Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner (RGN/ODP) you can expect to:

Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the Anaesthetic team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork.
Working closely with the Theatre Manager you will support the growth of the surgical services within the hospital.
You will be responsible for Managing and ensuring the provision of nursing care, maintaining high clinical standards, and be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
To apply for this Anaesthetic Team Leader role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner. We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Theatre Team Leads and Theatre Sister/Charge Nurses looking to step up into a management role. Experience working within Orthopaedics is essential. Experience within Anaesthetics is also essential. To achieve the top end of the salary you must have private hospital experience.
