Job Title: Machine Operator

Rotating days into nights

12hr shifts - Monday to Thursday

Over time after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Moving product from production line, wrapping, storing in warehouse
Loading deliveries
Loading raw materials to production line
Working to production targets
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
Participate in plant maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance.Key Deliverables:

Meet productivity, quality, and cost targets with a conscientious work ethic.
Identify personal training needs and strive for multi-skilling.
Achieve production targets while maintaining and improving product quality.
Maximise cost efficiencies by minimising waste and improving quality.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors at all levels.
Assist in plant maintenance tasks.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work across various plants and tasks.
