Leading our operational teams, you’ll oversee services to 26,000 homes, ensuring that residents' needs shape the way we work. You’ll manage day-to-day operations while delivering strategic outcomes aligned with our mission to create thriving, inclusive communities. Your expertise in lettings, community safety, and team development will be essential as you coach and guide employees through change.
You’ll work closely with our Managing Director and partner with key business areas to deliver a seamless, resident-centric experience. Building strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to ensuring our services are responsive, innovative, and effective. Your ability to lead with commercial acumen while maintaining a social purpose will help us meet our objectives in a rapidly changing housing landscape.
