Job Role: Administrator - 6 month FTC (with a potential to go permanent)

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Office Angels have teamed up with our client who is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team. If you are a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative assistance, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 💼

🔍 Responsibilities:

Overseeing team admin tasks while keeping the company database up-to-date
Creating PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
Regularly cleansing and organising data for easier access
Researching and qualifying data to offer key insights for decision-making
Uploading and updating information on the internal portal, ensuring everything is accurate and timely
Reviewing and updating reports to keep them error-free and current
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the team's diary
Responding to emails and calls promptly, directing inquiries to the right team members
Helping with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed🌟 Requirements:

Ideally 1-2 years' experience within an administrative role
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
