Description

Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with construction project management.
Undertaking cost analysis and cost control for ongoing projects.
Preparing and analysing project tenders.
Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Ensuring that work complies with quality management, legal and safety requirements.
Performing risk and value management to support procurement strategy.
Providing support for project accounts and financial reports.
Assisting with the procurement of construction materials and equipment.Profile

A successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor should have:

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong numerical and budgeting skills.
Excellent understanding of construction processes and materials.
Good knowledge of construction contracts and legal frameworks.
Experience in assisting with the management of construction projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer software.Job Offer
