Job Title: HGV Technician

Location: Ashford
Salary: Up to £1,000 per week
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 40-50 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our client's team. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of HGVs and trailers from various brands.

This is an ideal role for an experienced, fully qualified technician looking to work in a stable environment with a variety of vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain, inspect, service, and repair HGVs and trailers.

* Conduct vehicle and trailer MOTs and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with safety standards.

* Work with a variety of vehicle brands, carrying out both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

* Complete all required documentation for repairs, services, and inspections.

Requirements:

* Fully qualified HGV Technician

* Full driving licence required.

* HGV licence preferred, but not essential.

* Strong knowledge of HGV mechanical and electrical systems.

* Minimum 2 years experience in servicing and repairing HGVs and trailers.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.
