Salary + OTE £39,000 - 22 days annual leave + B/Hols

My client in Wincanton is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience or be a qualified Level 3 technician. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately.
Conduct routine vehicle servicing and inspections.
Carry out MOT tests (if qualified).
Adhere to health and safety regulations and workshop procedures.
Maintain a clean and organised work space.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work effectively as part of a team.Required Skills and Experience:

Level 2 automotive qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience or Level 3 qualification.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent technical knowledge of vehicles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
