Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administration Assistant in Camden. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Oversee and organize all administrative tasks related to void properties.
Maintain accurate records using relevant IT systems, ensuring all property statuses, repair requests, and project updates are properly logged and tracked.
Act as the communication link between the void repairs team, contractors, and other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any issues promptly.
Organize and prioritize repair schedules based on urgency and importance, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.The candidate:

Experience working in a void setting is essential
Administrative experience is essential
