Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

The Role:
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and support the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee sales office administration and documentation.
* Organise travel, sales meetings, and accommodation for the sales team.
* Act as a communication hub for UK and international sales teams, logging and distributing enquiries.
* Input sales orders into SOP and coordinate with the Order Process Team.
* Assist with logging and following up on leads and enquiries.
* Provide sales support, including diary and quotation management.
* Register for tender portals and keep company profiles up to date.
* Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Director and team.
* Manage and submit PQQs/ITT documentation.
* Assist with sales campaigns, Epicor, and Salesforce.
* Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Manual for customer satisfaction.
* Perform other departmental tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with Epicor and Salesforce is a plus.
