Job Description

Activities to be carried out as part of the service :

Acts as entry point for the client organization concerning all topics linked to the contract(s) and to produce support to the Client organization for technical issue
Ensure the technical management of the supplier, and support the Client in its contractual relationship with the supplier during the contract execution phase (in particular with regard to compliance with the schedule, costs, and scope of supply and studies).
Review of supplier documents according to technical referential in time with good level of quality and coordinate the documentary review of the various contributors
Depending on the workload required for the supplier document review, the Contract Engineer Lead might be supported by one or several technical leads, the Lead in this case will be coordinating their work so that document / topics are handled in time.
Produce comment sheets via dedicated tool to the supplier and organise clarification with supplier if needed
Manage modifications on the contracts to inform supplier via CTS (Contract Transfer Sheet) sent to the Client via dedicated tools
Entry point for all modifications, technical issues or non-conformities coming from site activities.
Ensure the management of risks, opportunities, open points and modifications of its contract with the Client.
Manage the interfaces with all disciplines involved in providing the input data relevant for the marshalling and penetration contract.
Manage the interfaces with all disciplines using the contract(s) detailed design as their inputs
Manage the interfaces of the qualification part performed in the client's France office.
Follow up of all the Delivery To Site dates for the equipment

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelors' / Masters' Electrical Engineering Degree
Relevant and demonstratable electrical design experience and knowledge of the technical reference system such as NFC15-100 , NF C 13-200 , BS7671 and IEC 60909.
Good experience in contract technical reviews and management
Ability to propose fit-for-purpose technical solutions in their area of expertise
Capability of coordinating technical topics which may involve several engineering disciplines (mechanical, fluid/HVAC, I&C) and suppliers
Good writing skills with a focus on the drafting of test procedures and test coverage substantiation files
Rigour in the production and review of deliverables
Ability to work in a team, in an international and multicultural environment
Relational ease with customers and partnersDesirable

Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations
Knowledge of the nuclear field via educational curriculum or professional experience
Knowledge of the quality processes involved in industrial projects in the nuclear field
