Title: Head of Payroll
Location: Northamptonshire
Working 1 day office
Salary: £80,000 + bonus and company car

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and to drive future improvements!

You will be responsible for:

Lead and oversee the team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees.
Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market leading function.
Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.
Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement. What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment.
Project management and implementation experience.
Team and stakeholder management.
High volume payroll experience.
