Our client was established in 1998 and is the UK’s only multi-discipline, full- Join the UK's only multi-discipline Design, Build, Fund, and Operate company specializing in Higher Education. We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to be part of our Exeter team, providing top-notch planned and responsive maintenance.

What We Offer:

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. The salary is £33,437 per annum plus on-call allowances/overtime (potentially up to an additional £3K per annum)
Location: Exeter Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance in student residences
Handle reactive maintenance and PPM
Maintain accurate records and liaise with sub-contractors
Assist with stock management and team development What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical, plumbing, fabric, or other maintenance disciplines
