Lisa Wright Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Birmingham office of a successful law firm. We are seeking a candidate who can provide solid administrative support to the plot sales team while displaying an appreciation of legal procedures.
Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
Fee earner task will include:
* Producing legal documentation as required
* Drafting basic deeds, documents and letters
* Drafting financial statements
* Undertaking basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters
* Engaging in legal research as appropriate
Administrative tasks will include:
* Efficient management of client/matter files
* Provide administrative support as required by the team
* Operate case management system including storing documents electronically
* Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e-mails
* Ensure the confidentiality of all Company’s and clients’ documentation and information
* Monitoring compliance and Lexcel requirements
* Assist with good financial management, as and when appropriate
* Assist with reception of clients and arrangement of meetings
Skills Required:
* Good IT skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to organise workload especially under pressure
* Attention to detail
* Evidence of good customer-facing skills
* Enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to work alone using initiative or part of a team.
