Bracknell Area (circa 7 properties)
£50,000 - £53,000 + Fantastic Benefits + Car Allowance
Boden group are working with an extremely well respected property company who own and manage commercial and mixed use properties across London. The role we are working with them to source is a Regional Facilities Manager to look after circa 7 buildings in the home counties/Bracknell area of Greater London.
In this role you will oversee this cluster of commercial properties and be the sole point of contact for any facilities and maintenance requirements for the buildings.
In a very brief overview, here are the main areas of responsibility:
* Customers
* Estate Management
* Record Keeping
* Sales Management
* Finance
* Limits of Authority
What are we looking for in a successful applicant?
* A strong TFM
* IOSH
* Good M&E understanding
* Contractor Management
* Self motivated
* Must be able to drive
* Budget management experience
* Strong H&S knowledge
