The Opportunity: This role would suit an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who has aspirations to become an Associate in the near future.

Projects: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Defence, Residential and Education.

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

MRICS qualified
Experience of undertaking project bias building surveying i.e. contract admin, managing projects on site, report and specification writing
Previous healthcare and/or education project experience would be ideal, but not essential
