I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Carpenter based in the Sunderland area.

This position is open to a 3-month temp to perm contract or straight permanent contract.

The salary will be £31,295 with a 5.5% uplift (£33,000) and a great pension and benefits.

Responsibilities:

* Dealing with mainly Fire Doors

* To undertake emergency, planned repairs and maintenance, responding effectively and keeping records of all such work.

* Ensure all such faults are reported to the correct line management in a timely manner

* To ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, including Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 within delegated limits under the direction of the Regional Asset Manager.
