Business Support Administrator. Permanent, Full time, Belfast.

On behalf of our client, an organisation in Belfast City Centre, we have a new permanent opportunity for Business Support Administrator. This is a full time, permanent role, Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm, with one hour for lunch.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience administrator to join a growing organisation in Belfast city centre. The post holder will join a small team of administrators, providing support to consultants. The post holder can expect training and career opportunities. Starting salary is £22000-£25000 and we are looking for someone to start urgently.

Duties include:

1. Typing of correspondence, presentation material, report specifications, schedules etc and spreadsheets for team members.

2. Assist as required with reports, emails, letters etc.

3. Arrange travel, meetings, lunches and other social events.

4. Attend weekly team meetings as requested to update notes and discuss matters relating to the running of the team.

5. Day to day diary management.

6. Liaise with other secretarial and administrative staff internally, as required, in connection with secretarial / administrative issues and resources.

7. To provide reception cover including welcoming visitors, and any reception duties as required.

8. Carry out general administration of team paperwork, filing and dead filing to ensure efficient use of office space and administrative.

9. Deal with any other tasks which may from time to time be reasonably requested.

You will need:

* At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.

* A working strong knowledge of word and excel.

* Good attention to detail and ability to multitask/ prioritise work.

* Be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis.

* Previous experience of booking travel is desirable.

* Previous experience of assisting with the preparation of reports is desirable.
