Are you an organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? Our client is looking for a skilled Administrator to help keep their operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Office Manager and fellow admins to ensure the office functions efficiently-your attention to detail and proactive attitude will be key to success!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reception duties-greet guests, manage calendars, and oversee office supplies
Accurately enter new project requests into CMap and maintain data integrity
Manage day-to-day banking, petty cash, and credit control processes
Ensure smooth operations of the conference room and maintain office equipment
Provide admin support to directors and engineers, handle travel bookings and plan social events
Raise invoices, ensure accuracy and log them for submission to the accountant
Maintain external provider records, organize interviews and coordinate office needs
Qualifications & Skills:
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin desirable)
Strong communication skills-written, verbal and face-to-face
Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands in a busy office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365) and experience with databases
Minute-taking skills
Proactive and organized, with a can-do attitude
