Business Central Support Analyst

West Midlands

£30,000 - £40,000

Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in the office or on site

We are looking for a knowledgeable individual with ideally 2 years’ experience of working with Business Central and proven experience of ERP system implementation. As a Business Central Support Analyst, you will work alongside the existing support team to assist customers with support concerns and challenges, resolving issues and recommending solutions to address their needs.

BC Support Analyst Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in maintaining the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases received by phone, email and via a portal to ensure required information is captured accurately.

* Identify, analyse, and resolve issues with Business Central, using the available resources and documentation. You should also be able to escalate complex or unresolved issues to a Team Leader.

* Ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within set SLA's.

* Contribute to the creation and update of Knowledge Base articles.

BC Support Key Skills and Experience:

* Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Business Central in either consulting, support or as a Key/Super user for an end user.

* Proven experience in implementation or support of ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV

* Passionate about providing excellent customer service

* Solving complex problems

* Desire to work in a dynamic and innovative company.

Mon to Fri – 37.5 hours per week between 8am to 6pm. 28 – 33 days annual leave, plus lots of additional benefits and support.
