Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bandsaw machines (although not essential), ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to cut components to varying lengths.
- Program machines as required to meet production needs.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure workstations are clean and organized.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and ensure deadlines are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
