With over 50 years of engineering experience our family run business is a highly regarded manufacturer of high quality, special precision bearings which are used in so many diverse industries from working alongside all the F1 teams to working in the oil and gas industry, hyper car, vintage aircraft, cryogenics to name but a few, in all sectors we work to AS9001 approved quality standards. Being a bespoke precision engineer no two days are the same as our quantities are small volume, so our work is never repetitive.

We are looking to expand our Machining Division and therefore looking for a CNC Miller to join our growing team and we are looking for someone who can utilize their skills and grow with in our company. You will be working alongside very highly skilled engineers on very modern and up to date machinery in the last 24 months HB bearings has invested over 2 million in new state of the art Machines to keep up to some of the most demanding sectors we work alongside.

Required Skills: -

Experience in a similar role.
Setter/operator capable of programming Fanuc Systems on 4 Axis, 4+1 Axis Hurco & Leadwell machining centres.
Inspection skills.
PC skills; Microsoft Excel/ Word.
A good understanding of working with Steel, Aluminium, Bronze, Plastics.
Experience machining to tight tolerances.
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings.Hours: -

Mon-Thurs 7.30 till 4.00

Friday 7.30 till 1.30

Plenty of overtime available @time+1/2
