An exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join one of the UK`s leading law firms based in the Cwmbran area. This is a fully office based role with onsite parking.

Role description
As a Legal Cashier you will be responsible for overseeing transactions, banking and client payments and ensuring all Solicitors Accounts Rules are strictly adhered to.

· Maintaining office and client ledgers
· Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is provided
· Processing transactions, including money received and payment out, including bank transfers and cheques
· Producing weekly and monthly financial reports
· Invoicing clients for services rendered and chasing any overdue payments
· Processing purchase ledger invoices

Person Specification
Experience working as a Legal Cashier is essential
Excel knowledge essential
