As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you would be joining a team of warm, engaging and supportive practitioners who make the best colleagues to work alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

Cover class, plan and teach your own lessons.

Deployed across the school to cover classes.

Have good organisational skills.

Have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.

Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements:

Qualifications: HLTA qualification or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1, KS2

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum

Desirable: Experience teaching classes within a primary school
