CB Staffing Group are seeking experienced Fabricators to join our Clients well established engineering and fabrication team that provides specialist subsea products, marine and coating services to the international energy sector.
.The successful candidate will be responsible for marking, cutting, shaping, assembling and tack welding structural fabrications as customer approved drawings, to specification and within tolerances – Carbon Steel, Aluminium & Stainless Steel.
Responsibilities:
* Weld and fabricate metal components using a variety of welding techniques including MMA, TIG, and Stick welding.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Operate and maintain welding equipment.
* Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
* Weld Qualifications – MIG, TIG, MMA.
* Experience in working in-house machinery and equipment.
* The ability to work in both Metric & Imperial units.
* An understanding of drawings / technical data.
From £21.07-£31.57 per hour
39 hours per week , overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours. (Night shift)
