Wild Recruitment are supporting our client exclusively in their search for a Marketing Manager, this is due to continued growth in their field. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be looking at ways of developing and evaluating strategic marketing plans to drive business sales and client retention. You will work closely with the sales team, be responsible for all brand management, support key account growth, develop new training and deal with new product launches. You must have solid Marketing management experience, have a Marketing degree and most importantly passion for all things Marketing.
Role responsibilities:-
Strategic planning and campaign management
Marketing activation through PR, media, digital, merchandising, and social media
Competitor analysis
Content creation
Exhibition planning
Design and produce all marketing materials
Develop UK Sales presentations to support sales team
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Always looking at ways to optimise and manage budget
Identify and implement new ideas
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Identify any future risks
Review the performance of marketing plansExperience:
Solid Marketing Management experience
B2B
Excellent understanding of digital platforms and extensive knowledge of website platforms, SEO & PPC/ AdWords and content management systems
Must have experience in a marketing planning/strategy
Managed a small team
Planned, organised and implemented marketing communications
Experience managing multiple projects
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience building and maintaining relationships
Hours of Work:- Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
Office based- Silverstone
£45,000
