Qualified Teacher with SEN Experience (Early Years to Further Education)

Position: Fully Qualified Teacher
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £110 - £200 per day

A prominent School is seeking a fully qualified teacher to join their team on a long-term contract basis. The role involves working with students across all educational stages, from Early Years to Further Education, with a focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will be expected to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects for students from Early Years through to Further Education.
Tailor and adapt learning strategies to support students with a range of SEN, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Implement and manage individual education plans (IEPs) and employ diverse teaching methods to foster student development.
Track and report on student progress, providing feedback to parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
Stay current with educational best practices and SEN regulations.

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status with the capability to teach across all stages from Early Years to Further Education.
Proven experience working with SEN students.
Current/ Recent Enhanced DBS
Strong understanding of child development, inclusive teaching methods, and differentiated learning approaches.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Availability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.

Desirable:

Additional qualifications or experience in a SEN specialist setting.
