Role: Network Engineer - DV
Location: Hereford (5 days/week onsite)
IR35: Inside
Rate: £550/day (Umbrella) MAX
Duration: March 2025 initially
Security Clearance: DV & Sole UK nationality
Minimum Requirement:
- CCNP Enterprise certification (essential)
- At least 3 years' experience supporting complex campus area networks (CAN) and wide area networks (WAN) (essential)
- DV clearance
- Experience of configuring and administrating IP cryptography (desirable)
- Experience with Linux OS and its command line interface, network logging and analysis tools (eg PRTG, Solar Winds or Splunk) (desirable)
- Familiar with Splunk or Elastic as a network support enhancer - possess the ability to search and navigate as well as create reports, alerts, and dashboards (desirable)
- Technical competency
- Supporting production networks
- Work well in a team - working under military management.
- Strong stakeholder manager skills at all levels (internal and external)
