Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction & Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products, services, and solutions.

- Transaction Processing: Assist customers with order entry, process transactions efficiently, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.

- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer service issues, address complaints, and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.

- Billing Inquiries: Respond to customer billing inquiries, explain charges, process payments, and provide billing adjustments or corrections as required.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.

- Feedback & Improvement: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services, contributing to the overall success of the company.

- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all customer service interactions.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.

- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting, but may also include typical warehouse environment on occasion, where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office
