Qualifications:

We Are Looking For The Following:

Current Juniors and Seniors majoring in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent majors including but not limited to Business Information Systems, International Business, Insurance & Risk Management, Economics, Innovation/Entrepreneurship and related majors.

Demonstrated interest in investing, corporate finance and/or venture capital

Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change

Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors

Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual

Effective communication skills, both oral and written

A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!

The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Investments, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, & Insurance

Experience with Banking, Entrepreneurship, & Financial Modeling

Internship Program Eligibility:

Rising Seniors who will graduate Fall/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026.

Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.

Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity

What You Can Expect:

The internship will occur between May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025

We will host in-person onboarding in Bloomington, IL

Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per weekDue to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.

Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Qualified candidates should plan to come into the office 3 times a week on average.

HUB LOCATIONS:  Bloomington, IL
