Overview

Quinn is hiring a Monarch Parts Sales & Service Rep.

The Monarch Parts Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for increasing sales and service revenue by generating parts sales and service work for diesel/industrial engines in their respective branch locations. 

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. 

$60,000 - 65,000 base, plus commission.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Monarch Parts Sales & Service Rep. include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Target key customers for growth opportunities and build customer relationships related to various diesel equipment. 

Research and generate parts sales growth and service labor growth within the defined territory. 

Develop new sales channels for B2B and B2C opportunities 

Aggressively cold call to uncover new customers 

Pass all leads for complete engine opportunities to the appropriate sales team 

Work with senior leadership to develop budgets and regular forecasts 

Adhere to Second Level Dealer qualifications, policies, and procedures as it relates to parts and service sales 

Implement defined Second Level Dealer development strategies to align with short and long-term business goals and objectives  

Partner with Marketing on promotions and literature related to Aftermarket sales

Qualifications

3-5 years of successful relevant work experience in the industrial equipment field. 

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to interact seamlessly with all levels of colleagues. 

Proven sales growth/track record and a self-motivated individual.  

Excellent customer relations and relationship building skills. 

Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.). 

Strong oral and written communication skills. 

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

Clean driving record and must be insurable 

Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and vacation to meet business needs. 

Regional travel required up to 75% of the time. Overnight travel is rare, but possible.  

Physical Demand

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. 

Ability to use repetitive motion with phone, computer, keyboard, and mouse.  

Ability to see, hear, and talk with necessary individuals who this role will partner with.  

Ability to travel by car or plane for extended periods of time.  

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
