Responsibilities:
The Monitor Technician is responsible for the ongoing surveillance of patient cardiac monitors/remote telemetry and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
One (1) or more years of experience working as a Monitor Technician
Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework with a passing score.
PREFERRED:
CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) Certification through CCI.
Work Hours::
7a-7p
Weekend Requirements::
