Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on skill level of the technicians
Call ALL customers on schedule to build company value and connection with information about their scheduled appointment
Ensure all required information from customer's visit is properly documented from the technicians
Ensure all calls are booked and scheduled according to company and department standards
Qualifications:
Excellent phone skills
Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Not required but is a plus;
Service Titan & Microsoft Office experience
Knowledgeable in Residential Electric/HVAC/Plumbing
Compensation- $18.00 - $20.00/hour
