Overview:

ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator.  The position is based at the IBP Headquarters in Dallas, TX.  ITOCHU Building Products is the largest leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America. IBP is comprised of Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills.

The Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator manages ERP projects from beginning to end, monitoring and ensuring short term and long-term goals are met. In addition to managing individual project timelines, the role will also maintain resource leveling and monitor for constraints across multiple projects in the organization.

Responsibilities:

Partner with IT/Infrastructure teams and external partners to drive the proper and on-time scheduling and execution of projects

Work closely with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and support teams

Develop, manage and execute project plans in support of ERP expansions and implementations, coordinating as needed with peers in cross-functional teams

Providing estimates, testing, and presentations

Monitoring system testing through a combination of (not limited to) Jira, MS Project and MS Excel

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

Strong experience managing simultaneous projects in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment

Experience with setting up, administering, and reporting projects using Atlassian’s Jira product is a strong plus

Experience managing testing/quality in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a strong plus

Required Skills / Abilities

Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail

Strong organizational aptitude

Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization

Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy

Work Environment - Office environment (remote is acceptable)

Physical Demands - This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift and/or move.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
