Overview:

Position: Partnership Service Delivery Coordinator- West Region

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time with Benefits

Experience:  8+ years

Salary: $ 85,000 - $ 100,000 DOE

It is an exhilarating time of growth for , and we are currently hiring a Partnership Service Deliver Coordinator - West Region with good consulting skills and financial and business acumen to join our expanding team. You will focus on coordinating service delivery, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring that partnership goals are met efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be managing relationships and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the partnership goals are efficiently met. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, strategic planning, and relationship management, focusing on supporting value-based care initiatives. 

This role is remote, with up to 25% travel, and will be based in the Pacific Northwest—a preference for Oregon and Washington candidates.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and addressing inquiries and resolutions.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and partnership engagement.

Implement best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Monitoring and reporting of KPIs

Monthly FOI

Partnership Cash Goals

Daily Monitoring of charges, unbilled, and cash applied.

CBO performance and profitability.

Controllable adjustments

Other AD Hoc reporting is needed to ensure critical controls are met.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and partnership regulations. Oversee Audits to include:

SOX Audits

Compliance Audits

Clinical Compliance Audits

Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure best-in-class Partner support and satisfaction.

 Requirements:

Must have 8+ years of experience with electronic billing, collections, and all aspects of accounts receivable cycle.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management or service delivery coordination

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Previous experience with medical software is required; Raintree preferred.

In-depth knowledge of HCFA, ANSI 837P, and ANSI 837I format requirements.

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and metrics for measuring steady, predictable cash flow.

Must be able to travel 25% of the time.
