Overview:

The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for communicating with vendors and customers. The main function of this position is to support all warehouse functions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inventory management, including the return process

Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped

Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area.

Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, and customers via email, in person, or on the phone.

Communicate and coordinate with multiple vendors (uniforms, vending, cleaning, etc.)

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in related area a plus, Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

Strong communication skills required, capable of communicating across all levels of the company

Must possess good organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Attention to detail

Self-motivated/Team Player

Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
