Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Sales Operations Team! The Sales Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
Sales Operations Business TransformationCycle through repetitive testing of workflow triggers and key model options
Learn how to read 3.2 and 4.1 system outputs (inquiries, BOM, etc) to identify discrepancies
Join existing team of testers in continued testing efforts using basic web functions
Test and compare test portals between current and new system for missing content
Re-test key functions for both internal and external systems after every code move to assure nothing major has been affected
Organize SmartSheet tasks specific to Mecho and maintain an ongoing, real-time schedule
Maintaining Stuck OrdersSearching for orders that are "stuck" in the system (ie. Credit hold, order hold processing, swatches, etc) and recalculating for push to 2.2
EstimatingContinued development of Mecho pricing ToolsUpdate pricing grids with newest output produced by two estimating systems.
Generate additional grids for brand new products.
Update OAF pricing tool with data generated in various estimating systems.
Analyze pricing discrepancies between Pricebook, MSES, FRN.

Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
