Responsibilities:

Ensure personal safety and the safety of fellow employees.

Assist with required Pre shift meetings.

Assist in training and decision making for all aspects related to production.

Provide guidance and technical expertise in addressing process and maintenance related issues.

Assist Supervisor with scheduling and personnel related matters on their shift.

Responsible for the enforcement of all company policies and procedures.

Ensure correct setup from startup and changeover events.

Ensure proper function of production related equipment.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ensure all employees are completing required documentation during shift for department.

Record and ensure accuracy of production results into data system.

Monitor, maintain, and improve peak efficiencies throughout the dept.

Motivates and coaches’ employees through good communication and frequent performance feedback.

Complete assigned task as required by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct employees.

Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders.

Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 11 hours during a 12-hour shift.

Ability to work in a dusty environment.

Ability to work in team environment.

Must have Thermoforming experience

Capable of performing job duties with no supervision.

Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operations, and maintenance instructions.
