Tempus Training is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider. We deliver over 600 online courses every month across the UK through Government funded contracts and support thousands of individuals each year to gain skills and qualifications to develop their careers and improve their lives.
We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to undertake course enrolments, undertake compliance checks of funding critical documentation and to support the company in meeting its contractual obligations.
Main Role Responsibilities:
* Enroling registered learners onto online courses
* Ensuring funding claim paperwork is present and compliant
* Submiting documents for electronic signing
* Registering learners with qualification awarding organisations and managing the certification process
* Recording & managing data within the company’s IT system
* Dealing with enquiries from stakeholders and staff
* Developing & maintaining a thorough knowledge & understanding of the ESFA Funding Rules
Key Training Administrator Skills & Experience
* Confident and proven administration skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Structured and organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Confident IT skills and data management systems
* Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and encourage others
* A strong sense of initiative and a pro-active approach to problem solving
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
