About the role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the foundation stage of our pupils’ educational journey. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support the social, emotional, and educational development of children aged 3-5 years old. Application Requirements:

• A passion for working with young children.
• Previous experience working in an Early Years or primary school setting is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in the daily running of the Early Years classroom.
• Assist with planning and delivering fun and engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of all children.
• Help with the setup and tidying of classroom resources, ensuring the learning space remains organised and engaging.
